Abstract Instructions
To submit an abstract, please complete the form below. If you have already started a submission or submitted one and want to edit it, please select the drop-down next to your name in the upper right-hand corner. From there, select "My Submissions".
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- The title must not exceed 150 characters (spaces included).
- Submit a 2-page abstract in PDF only (extended abstract) using the provided template here. This will be used for evaluation and published in the conference proceeding.
- Fill in a 200-word short abstract in the provided box. This will be printed in the conference booklet, which is available to the conference attendees only.
- It is the author's responsibility to ensure that the abstract is grammatically correct.

Final day for abstract submission: December 6, 2024
Decision final date: February 15, 2025
