Guidelines

Abstracts should include a title (20 word maximum), a list  of authors and affiliations, and text limited to 300 words (excluding title, authors, and affiliations). Please list the presenting author first and use the following format for the abstract: Purpose, Methods, Results, Discussion/Conclusion. If this abstract format is not appropriate for your discipline, please use the format most common to your discipline instead. Define any abbreviations.  Please list any funding sources and disclose significant financial interests or relationships with entities having commercial interest in the subject matter (if none, insert "None”).  Please note that your abstract does NOT need to fit the conference theme.

The deadline for submission of abstracts for review is January 2, 2019.  We will notify you of your abstract's acceptance or rejection by February 1, 2019.

Submitting your abstract here DOES NOT register you for the conference. Please visit the registration page at https://umich.irisregistration.com/Form/SHSSM2019
